Ronick Ifum is a daughter of Ronick Fumby sired by Ronick Gains. She is full sister to Ronick Humby who was sold for 5,500gns at Carlisle in May 1994.
Ifum has been shown successfully winning Champion Campsie Show 2008, 3rd in the cow class at the RASE 1998 and finally 2nd in the cow class at the Royal Highland show 1998 and was part of the winning group of three as pictured above (Ifum in the middle.
She has proven to be an excellent breeder, her bulls have sold to a top of 5,500gns for Lodge Nifty by Ronick Luke in May 1999 but it is her daughters that are producing many top quality animals examples of these are:
Lodge Opium is sired by Ronick Luke. She is a consistently good breeder who has bred bulls to a top of 8,500 gns for Lodge Actor by Romeo who was Reserve Senior Champion at Carlisle in October 2006.
Daughters have also been retained in the herd namely Lodge Tresor and Lodge Blossom. Her 2008 calf Lodge Dynamite by Saphir is destined for the Carlisle Bull Sale in February 2010.
Lodge Topaz sired by Ronick Luke, is full sister to Lodge Opium & Lodge Pimms.
She
has a very shapely bull calf by Saphir born in December 2008 called Lodge Deutz who
will be destined for sale in May 2010.
Lodge Pimms also sired by Ronick Luke is full sister to Lodge Opium and Lodge Topaz. A daughter Lodge Tequila by Ronick Idol has been retained in the herd. Two daughters Lodge Bianca by Ronick Urinocco and Lodge Champagne by Vivaldi sold for 2000gns and 7000gns respectively at the Lodge Production Sale in August 2008.

Lodge Chiffon by Ronick Urinocco is a lovely showy heifer that was sold at the Lodge Production Sale in August 2008 to Mr J M Nisbet, Sorn Mains Farm for 4,000gns aged 12 months.
Lodge Affair sired by Ocean, pictured as a young cow. She successfully reared twin calves by herself as a heifer and has a good bull calf at foot this year by Ronick Luke.
